Two New Managers added to the Diversified Small Co. Stock Option

The Walthausen Small Cap Value Fund and the Mutual of America Disciplined Small Cap Value Fund (separate account) were added to the Diversified Small Co. Stock Option. The new target allocation of the Diversified Small Co. Stock Option is:

5% Walthausen Small Cap Value Fund

10% Mutual of America Disciplined Small Cap Value Fund (separate account)

15% Dimensional US Micro Cap Portfolio

15% Royce Opportunity

15% Brown Capital Mgmt. Small Co. Instl.

Update on Growth Stock Option Manager Change

Earlier this month the Turner Mid Cap Growth Fund was terminated and removed from the Growth Stock Option due to the performance of this fund detracting from overall performance in this option.  The assets from this fund were moved to the BlackRock Growth Index until the Board found a replacement fund.

The Ishares Russell Mid-Cap Growth ETF has been added to the Growth Stock Option on 12/18/12. The new target allocation for the Growth Stock Option is 10% Ishares Russell Mid-Cap Growth ETF, 10% Wellington Mid Cap Opportunities, 20% Marsico Focus, 20% T. Rowe Price Stock, 20% Primecap Odyssey Growth and 20% BlackRock Growth Index.

MRD – Minimum Required Distribution (2012)

Important information for DAP participants taking monthly distributions who are over age 70 1/2 and are required to take an annual MRD.  Your last Systematic Withdraw Payment (SWP) for 2012 was distributed on December 14th.  All MRD payments were calculated and processed on December 17th. If your Systematic Withdrawal Payments from January to December of 2012 were less than the calculated MRD amount, then Fidelity processed the supplemental distribution on December 17th to meet your MRD. You may logon to www.401k.com to verify your distribution amounts or you can call the service center at 1-877-489-2327 or the Plan Office at 314-739-7373.

The Turner Mid Cap Growth Fund was terminated and removed from the Growth Stock Option on 12/5/12 due to the performance of this fund detracting from overall performance in this option.  The assets from this fund were moved to the BlackRock Growth Index until the Board finds a replacement fund.

Manager Change in the International Stock Opion

The Marsico International Opportunities Fund was terminated and removed from the International Stock Option on 12/5/12 due to the performance of this fund detracting from overall performance in this option.  The assets from this fund were moved to the BlackRock EAFE Index until they are reallocated to the other international managers.

Market Closing Due to Hurricane Sandy on East Coast

Due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast, major financial markets will be closed Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th. Our record-keeper Fidelity, will continue to take participant trade requests and will process transactions upon the next opening of these markets, right now that would be Wednesday October 31st. Pricing for trade requests received on the 29th, 30th and 31st will receive the NAV value at the end of trading on the 31st. Fidelity call centers remain open.

New Manager in the International Stock Option

The American Century International Discovery Fund was terminated and removed from the International Stock Option on 8/14/12 due to the performance of this fund detracting from overall performance in this option. The new target allocation is 32% BlackRock EAFE Index, 12% Templeton Instl. Foreign Equity, 12% Thornburg Intl. Value, 12% Marsico Intl. Opportunities, 10% American Century Intl. Growth, 8% Dimensional Emerging Markets Value, 6% Royce Global Value and 8% TCW International Small Cap. The assets from this fund were moved to the BlackRock EAFE Index until the Board finds a replacement fund.
